Overview
Imported or prebuilt skills are not automatically aligned to a user's preferences. They should be tested and modified. A generic copy-editing skill, for example, may be useful but still require changes before it produces the desired output.
Skills also need maintenance. When the preferred process changes, the skill must be updated. Reuse is valuable only when the stored procedure remains the procedure the operator actually wants.
