Overview

Every channel adds credentials, permissions, and another place where context may be created. Topic organization reduces thread sprawl, but poor naming can still fragment work. Slack access should be limited to the teammates who need it. Gateway restarts can temporarily interrupt messaging.

Channels improve mobility, but they do not replace project tracking. Chat is effective for collaboration and alerts; a board is still needed when many tasks, agents, and projects must be monitored over time.
