Overview

This management layer is optional for a single simple task, but it becomes increasingly important as projects, profiles, scheduled jobs, and team members multiply. The hook scope should match the chosen tracking policy. The example policy tracks requested work and creates a new project when the request represents a distinct multi-step outcome.

Deterministic tracking improves visibility, but it does not guarantee that the underlying task was completed correctly. The artifact or result still requires review.
