Overview
Set up Multica on the same computer that runs Hermes or use its web interface. Let it detect the installed runtimes, then create a workspace and a test project.
Create an API token dedicated to the Hermes project-manager role. Give the token to the correct
Hermes profile and instruct it to onboard itself into Multica.
Ask Hermes to install a hook with the following behavior:
- Every meaningful request creates an issue if no relevant issue exists.
- A new multi-step outcome creates a project when appropriate.
- Work-in-progress updates are recorded on the issue.
- Completed work moves the issue to Done.
- Comments in Multica can be used to communicate with Hermes.
Require a test. Hermes should create a test issue, move it through the workflow, and mark it complete. Verify that the runtime, project, issue, and status history appear correctly.
After the test, use the board as the default place to review long-running work. Keep chat for instructions and discussion; keep project state on the board.
