Overview
Multiple agents create an observability problem before they create an intelligence problem. It is easy to start many tasks and lose track of which agent is working, where an artifact was stored, what still requires review, or whether a recurring job actually ran.
The board also improves collaboration. Humans and agents can work from the same project structure. A user can leave comments, assign work, inspect history, and review outputs without requiring every update to be restated in chat.
Hooks reduce dependence on memory and intention. If project updates are merely requested in a prompt, they can be forgotten. A hook makes the update part of the operating path.
